一、基本情况:
2009年本科毕业于常州大学数理学院,2014年博士毕业于苏州大学物理科学与技术学院。2015年7月入职苏州科技大学。2018年9月至2019年8月英国卡迪夫大学Cardiff Catalysis Institute访问学者。获批江苏省首批一流本科课程《数学物理方法》。
二、主要研究领域及学术成就:
主要从事功能薄膜和光电器件方面的研究。研究方向包括:(1)多铁氧化物薄膜;(2)二维光电探测器。主持国家自然科学基金3项。在Nature Communications、Advanced Functional Materials和Applied Physics Letters等国际主流物理期刊发表SCI论文近80余篇。获得2021年度江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果奖三等奖。
