一、基本情况:
苏州科技大学物理科学与技术学院教授、院长,国家级青年人才,江苏省杰出青年基金获得者,江苏省高校重点实验室主任,江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,江苏省青年科技工作者协会会员。
二、主要研究领域及学术成就:
研究集中在低维系统及其异质结中的多场协同传感特性。基于多铁调控、磁阻效应、光电导效应,在低维材料及电子气体异质结领域取得了一系列突破性成果,并器件的制备、结构表征和电磁测量方面积累了丰富经验。
以第一或通讯作者在Nature、PNAS、Phys. Rev. Lett.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.等国际顶级学术期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇,授权发明专利7项。以排名第一的身份入选江苏省行业领域十大科技进展,获日内瓦国际发明展金奖、江苏省光学学会青年科技奖等。成果获得Science、美国物理学会媒体转载报道,获国家级报纸《中国科学报》专题采访报道。
