一、基本情况:

二、主要研究领域及学术成就:

主要从事GaN基半导体器件及系统相关研究工作,包括可穿戴传感器、Micro-LED、自驱动透明器件、类脑芯片等。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目1项、面上项目12023年入选江苏省“双创博士”,2025年入选江苏省科技副总”。指导学生参加2025中国国际大学生创新大赛获国家铜奖,指导学生参加国家级创新创业培训项目2项、省级项目1所指导的本科生获得“国家奖学金”。5年来(2021年起),作为第一/共一/通讯作者在Light-Science & ApplicationsCell Reports Physical ScienceNano EnergyACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesChip(正封面)等知名学术期刊上发表论文20篇,成果入选2025年度中国第三代半导体技术Top30所发明的技术获得美国和日本专利授权。担任江苏省材料学会会员,NanomaterialsSCI期刊的客座编辑。
