一、基本情况:
2020年博士毕业于华东师范大学信息学院。2022年博士后出站于西湖大学。2022年8月入职苏州科技大学物理科学与技术学院。
二、主要研究领域及学术成就:
主要从事半导体材料光电、铁电、机电耦合及缺陷性质的研究。研究方向包括:(1)光伏材料和发光材料的缺陷性质研究;(2)半导体材料的压电和挠曲电效应研究。主持国家自然科学青年基金1项,博士后面上基金1项(已结题),参加国家自然科学面上基金1项。以第一作者、共同第一作者和通讯作者在Nat. Commun.,Adv. Mater.,Adv. Funct. Mater.,Nano Energy,APL Mater., Nanoscale, Surf. Interfaces等期刊和以合作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,J. Mater. Chem. A和Solar RRL等期刊上共发表论文22篇。
