一、基本情况

苏州科技大学数理学院教授。1998年7月毕业于兰州大学物理系凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位,导师为陈光华教授。1999.08-2000.07在加拿大曼尼托巴大学做访问学者,2001.01-2002.12航天部第五研究院兰州物理所博士后(合作导师:陈学康),2001.09-2001.12复旦大学物理系高级访问学者(合作导师:王迅教授,中国科学院院士)。2002年被遴选为硕士生导师。曾获浙江省高校中青年教师学科带头人、绍兴市第五、六批专业技术拔尖人才、学术带头人、浙江省优秀留学人员称号。

二、主要研究领域及学术成果

主要从事半导体纳米光电材料与器件、光子晶体、低维量子结构等方面的研究。主持完成3项国家自然科学基金、浙江省重大专项和浙江省自然科学基金以及苏州市科技计划项目。创新性地对纳米微球进行表面功能性修饰,快速、大面积制备了理想的CdS三维光子晶体,开发了Ge量子点、量子阱高效率的发光器件和中红外探测器和高密度电荷存储器等,研究成果经国家自然基金委专家评审,获优秀成果。出版《光子晶体原理与应用》专著和《半导体纳米晶体的光学性质》译著个一本,在国内外有影响力的学术刊物上发表论文100多篇,其中SCI论文50篇,EI论文10多篇,被他人引用100多次,引用论文期刊种类达到20多个,获多项省、市级科技进步奖和高校成果奖。指导本科生物理作品创新竞赛获江苏省一等奖,2015年指导本科生第十四届“挑战杯”获全国二等奖。
