一、基本情况:

罗刚银,博士,研究员博士生导师工程化研究中心副主任国家创新医疗器械审评专家苏州电子协会副理事长。长期从事器官再生、光学成像、图像处理/人工智能算法等方向的研究

近年来作为项目负责人和课题负责人承担了20余项国家及企业课题的研究,包括国家重点研发计划子课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家863项目子课题、中科院先导A类项目、江苏省科技支撑项目、苏州市医疗器械专项、企业委托项目等。

二、主要研究领域及学术成就:

1.器官再生方向:构建基于肿瘤和iPSC脑、心、肝和肿瘤类器官体系及其药筛应用研究;开展器官再生所需水凝胶、生物活性材料、结构支撑材料研究;类器官长时程功能维持与多模传感检测技术;体外肝脏常温机械灌注维持与再生技术

2.光学成像方向:开展提升显微成像分辨率、成像速度及成像维度研究,包括高速振镜扫描控制、多波长激光耦合、近红外光谱分析、超分辨显微成像、图形三维重建等研究。

3.医学检验方向:长期从事医学检验仪器的自主创新与国产化研究,涉及免疫、分子和细胞等领域的微弱荧光检测、机械手、变温调控、图像识别、定位离心、智能控制与AI算法等。

4.图像处理/人工智能算法方向:聚焦深度学习与计算机视觉、深度学习与生物样本成像分析、细胞与类器官的人工智能图像处理算法等研究工作。

累计申请发明专利80项,授权发明专利25项,授权实用新型专利58项。在Lab on a ChipTalanta、光学精密工程等发表论文30获批II类医疗器械注册证4项。苏州市科技进步奖苏州市好青年荣誉称号。
